I’ve visited multiple times and have always had a positive experience. The staff has been friendly, the drinks are made correctly, and the place has always looked clean whenever I’ve gone. Claims about cockroaches and mice seem exaggerated and hard to believe, especially considering how busy and well-maintained the boba shop usually is. It feels more like a personal attack than a fair review. No business is perfect, but in my experience the quality and service here have been consistently good, and I’ll definitely continue coming back.

I have been several times and each time i get more and more disappointed. This last time has put me off the bandwagon, I got a cockroach in my drink and saw a mouse. Every drink i have ordered has been made by some slacking off teenagers who make it wrong and the manager doesn't care that their workers are messing up either. I suggest going next door to the new cafe, their matcha is way higher quality and have more delicious food options.

I went in get a brown sugar bubble tea and everything went smoothly as usual. I am trying my best to not be disgusted at the fact that I noticed there was a Hair in my bubble tea, at first I thought it was from the outside but then I almost threw up because the hair was inside the cup and I was technically done with it! I've been coming here for a long time and never had any issues until tonight SMH

Absolutely the best boba around! I always order the mango green tea with pearls and mango star jelly it’s packed with flavor and topped with real mango chunks that are always fresh and delicious. They also have a great rewards system, so you earn points toward free drinks with each purchase. My whole family is hooked! I really appreciate that they offer milkshakes too it’s a great option for kids who might not be into boba, so there’s truly something for everyone. It’s the perfect family-friendly spot. Super clean, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always kind and helpful. We love this place!
